How it Works:
Step 1.
Browse the replacement banner graphics offered in this program below & click to start. Choose the YES button under "Banner Replacement Services?" Proceed with quantity and graphic upload like usual!
Step 2.
Pack your current stand, include your completed form in the box and write your order number right on the outside of the box.
Step 3.
Ship your banner stand to Displays2go Attn: Graphics Dept, 81 Commerce Drive, Fall River, MA 02720 using your carrier of choice.
Step 4.
Once we get your stand, we will install your new graphic and ship it back to you! (Helpful Tip: The shipping method selected at checkout is how we will send your banner back to you.)

Who pays for shipping?
It is your responsibility to ship the stand back to us. This includes packing it up safely, writing your order number on the box and paying to have it shipped to us. When it comes time to ship it back to you, we do that through our carrier. You have already paid for this fee when you chose your shipping method at checkout.I have a lot of stands that need updated graphics and I want them installed. What do I do?
Simply add the quantity of new graphic installations you need to your cart and checkout. If you need 100 banner replacements, add that many to your cart, box them up, ship them to us, we'll replace them and ship all 100 freshly updated banner stands back to you.Will I get my old graphics back?
The removal process renders your banner non-functional, so we discard it after removal. If you need it back, please contact a member of our customer service team. Additional shipping fees may apply.How quickly will I receive my stand with updated graphics?
The time it takes to receive your updated stand from the moment you order can vary depending on four factors that can influence this timeline:- How quickly your digital proof is approved after your artwork is submitted
- The time it takes for us to receive your old banner stand
