Great that it's portable and it is beautiful but the "knockdown" feature can be a challenge

I bought 2 cases for my farmer's market stand which is not your typical setting for this product. The assembly instructions were good but some of the details were not clear on how to correctly put the case together. Fortunately I had a whole evening devoted to assembly. It is a beautiful case and displays my pastries very nicely. The "knockdown" feature is not convenient as you need a screwdriver to disassemble the case and at least 30 minutes - this would not work for me as I have to scramble to unload and load with 15 other vendors also in a rush. Also, repeated disassembling of the case would wear out the screws as I will use this case 2 times per week. It's just easier to make room and transport the whole case as it is. Since the cases are portable, I can work with getting them in and out of the station wagon. Great product and I plan to buy 2 more.

the product is not good to leave pastry and fresh think to for tomorow... if a have a chance to return your product i will doit... thanks Ne garde vraiment pas les produits frais.. belle grosse boites vides sur mon comptoir, si j'ai la chance de retouner ce produit dites le moi car je ne m'en servirai pas...
