Unable to put together - waiting to hear back

We've had this rack for a few days and are unable to put it together. There are no predrilled holes, so assembly is impossible without the use of a drill. I'll have to measure and figure out where to place each hole before having to drill them myself. All of this after I purchase a drill. I placed a call to customer service two days ago and sent pictures. I have not heard back. For $665 (including tax and shipping), I did expect to be able to use this. Our open house is in one week, and we don't have the space to display all of our products.

I was really suprised at the ease of assembly of this display - and also pleased with its natural wood finish that works with any apparel. The eye level display of clothing makes a big impact on retail display. I am looking at other pieces in this line to fill out my store.
