Wrong colour

The sign and its construction, delivery, price were all great, but once I received my sign, it was the wrong colour, and trying to get through to a customer service to figure out what to do about it, is the issue.

Poor quality.

I ordered the sign, requested multiple times for the holes to be cut to hang, received the sign with no holes. Now the sign is damaged because I had to make do with what I had.

Email Dated August 11, 2020 Last night we received our first order from your company... I am a bit disappointed in what I received. It is usable, since it is going on the side of my house. These small details will probably not be noticed by people driving by on the street. Pictures are attached. One shows an area that is white at the top left. Fortunately I am only using one side, but we had planned to flip it years later after the sun faded it. The other side shows an odd cut which is more prevalent on the good side without the white area. It may be where the sign was dropped on a table and dented. The shadowing effect on the letters has more separation than expected. We paid an extra $45 for the artwork since I do not have a compatible art program. If you enlarge this picture does it look correct to you? - I did not receive a call or return email.
