We were seeking a 'desk mat' that could be put at the seats of elected to direct them to sit exactly where we place the mats. Due to COVID-19, we had to space them out, and it was difficult for them to change their seating habits. These mats worked perfectly. We printed their names on 11X17 cardstock with a please sit here message and they followed. They indicated they also thought it was more sanitary since we clean them after every use. The construction is tough and they are heavy enough they just don't move.
