This box was ordered for some other staff member and I have not heard their thoughts on the quality. I'm sure the box fit their needs. I want to focus on the great customer service I received when I realized the selected 2 day shipping would not get this item to us when we needed. I placed a call to Customer Service and was provided excellent service with cancelling the 1st order and placing an order that would get to us in time. Way to go Andrea Leonard!!
