Customer Review for GCH7524BK

I was excited to order the floor standing postcard rack after my tabletop version was successful! Unfortunately, the bottom three rows on each column are slightly tilted making the postcards look off. It looks like the metal was not fused correctly for these rows. UPDATE: Within an hour of posting this review, I was contacted by a customer service representative who shipped me a brand new postcard frame at no charge that arrived the following morning. Looks great!
