Received a Totally Defective Unit

I ordered this to have to use at an event and it got lost and I finally received it and my next event is coming and I was so excited til I took it out of the box and it is defective! The top shelf is perfect. The middle shelf, the sides are not soldered at the bottom so you cannot put any product on the shelf. The little wires are falling off. The bottom shelf, its just a bottom! No sides or top rail at all. Someone missed this unit. I'm trying to get a replacement and hope they get me one in time for my next event, if not, I'll be requesting a refund. I hope the replacement is together.
