These are great stands besides the poor metal locking clips. I have purchased 7 of these stands, and currently have 2 that are broken. The stands are not very durable, and have poor soft metal for an important locking part. When I emailed asking if we could receive just 2 new easily removable tops, I was told that I would have to purchase 2 entire new units. Below are 2 examples of the units. One has 2 broken clips, and the other still has 2 remaining.

I have had a few different Brands and styles of Kiosk stands over the years and have settled on this unit. It is a solid piece with what some could consider a few design flaws such as no floor mounting, wire placement when mounted in Landscape, and style of brackets for multiple fitments. I use the unit in portrait mode and do not need it solid mounted and for that, it works great for me.

I like it enough to buy again, I guess

Like Barry said, the included bolts are too short. I had to use a pliers to pinch the lock washer and push hard with an allen wrench so that the first thread would make contact with the threaded hole. I could only turn the bolt one half of one revolution and it was done. What's funny is the threaded posts on the top that connect the iPad holder to the rest of the stand are too long (better than being too short). Also, the hinges are weak, in my opinion. I can move the top of the case laterally about one centimeter, even when it is locked shut. Still, it is a good looking product and it has received a few compliments.

Needs improvement

Item was shipped and arrived on-time. First impressions were very good. Stand is very sturdy, easy to put together, and looks very professional in portrait mode. The stand had a very large scratch on the front of it out of the box. This stand does NOT work in landscape mode. The power cables are exposed and it looks very unprofessional. Seems great in portrait mode, but if you're looking for a landscape mode stand, look at a different model. Landscape issue could be resolved easily by adjusting cable conduits and it looks like this has been resolved in other models. Would not buy again due to damaged product and lack of landscape mode.

Great product, only a few small complaints: 1) make instructions better and more detailed. 2) I could barely get the screws/lock nut/washer installed on the bottom. Make the screws either bigger/longer or use phillps head (currently allen wrench screws). My fingers hurt like holy **** trying to those things installed (tiny allen wrench + big hands = losing combination). 3) Make landscape power cord display hidden. I hate seeing cables.
