what a joke

I should have run far from this company and product, when I saw multiple 1 star reviews. After paying almost $500 to have this display shipped, 2 weeks later, I still haven't received the display. Display2go, can't even tell me where the thing currently is, or when it will get here. Can't wait to see how they end up dropping it of... Assuming the display ever even gets here. This is my first and last time ordering through display2go

So So product for the price / delivery charges

I asked to have the driver call me 1 hour before delivery as most people work during the day (i was told no problem, we will call you) i never received a call prior to delivery... SURPRISE, i get a call and the driver says i'm in front of your home, i asked him can you please give me 20 minutes so i make my way back home, he said i have no time to wait, he literally put the unit on my driveway and said "see ya". So here i am stuck with a + 300 pounds unit on my driveway, ($288 for delivery, hummmm)! Had to hire professional movers to have it brought in ( Another 210$) ! Once in, i noticed the top of the unit has a defect, the finishing isn't flush all around. At first, i was excited to get this unit, now extremely disappointed and regret buying this ( especially with the cost of delivery / movers )!!!

Shipping made a good product bad

The delivery driver came speeding past my house, once he managed to deliver my case, it was damaged from the terrible driving, I'm sure. Most of the protective pieces were knocked out and it caused stretches and contact marks that won't come off and are very visible, taking away from a beautiful display case. I wish I would have received better delivery service.
