Packaging was great, instructions were good enough and it was easy to assemble. It includes parts for tip-over safety as well. The parts are separated and each part is labeled. One of the most awesome things about this stand is that I didn't have to concern myself with standard VESA sizing as my TV is the trusty old Pioneer Kuro KRP-500M which has non-standard VESA spacing (~500 x 300). The simplicity of it the stand is awesome, and at a fair price. Underneath my mounted TV and between the stand's legs I have my Revel C52 center speak stand mounted. I am so glad I pulled the trigger on this purchase. Nothing negative to report.

Great stand for Racing Sim Rig

Paired this with my Next Level Racing F-GT lite sim rig and it works great for less money than the sim companies charge for single monitor stands. Probably not the intended use, but it works. All the hardware I needed was included.
