How to Start: What We Need From You
Images
High-resolution digital images need to be at least 1 MB or higher in file size (the larger the better). On the other hand, we can also provide stock images at additional cost.
Your Logo
Submit your logo in vector format (.ai, .eps, or .pdf). Most logos can be recreated but require additional charges. We also design logos for customers!
Applied Text
Any text to be included in the design, including taglines, blurbs, or other content (also examples of fonts you like as well).
Mockup
A mockup of a layout using Microsoft Word or PowerPoint. Or, send us a scanned sketch or drawing with examples of any design ideas you like.
What Can You Expect From Us?
• You can expect a brief introductory call within one business day of order placement as our initial contact, though we will promptly connect with an email if unable to reach you by phone.
• To ensure clear documentation of your requirements, we will follow-up with an email outlining the details discussed that will include an estimate on any extra expected costs if needed.
