General Shipping Information
Shipping Methods
Please contact customer service to discuss any special delivery needs before placing your order.
Ground
The majority of our orders (both US and Canadian destinations) ship via standard Ground with a Small Parcel Carrier (such as FedEx).
Expedited/Air
US Shipments:
We offer expedited shipping (e.g. 3 Day, 2nd Day, Next Day) for most of our products, with some exceptions. Parcel shipments to US territories will ship Fedex International Economy or International Priority. Expedited service typically incurs a higher cost than Ground. Please contact us for more information.
Canadian Shipments:
We offer 1 - 2 Day and 3 - 4 Day shipping for most of our products, with some exceptions. Please contact us for more information.
Truck/Freight
Some items must ship via freight truck due to size, weight or fragile nature. Items that require truck shipping are noted on the product page. Always inspect your freight deliveries before signing for them. Please read the section on inspecting your freight shipments for guidance on how to receive a freight shipment. See the full section on freight shipping for more details about freight shipments.
Special/Premium Service
Our Special and Premium delivery services include inside delivery (limited to 30 minutes) and are available on a limited basis. Your shopping cart will display these delivery options if they are available. See full details here.
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup on select products for customers in the Fall River, MA area. Simply choose the local pickup option at checkout for eligible items.
- Pickup Timeline: Pickup hours are M-F, 9am to 5pm EST. Orders placed by 2pm EST are typically ready the same day. Please allow at least 2 hours for processing. Built-to-order or custom-printed items are available for local pickup but may require additional processing time and are not typically ready for same-day pickup. Please be ready to provide your order number at pickup.
- Pickup Location: 81 Commerce Drive, Fall River, MA 02720
Same Day Shipping
Most of our in-stock items will ship out the same day they are ordered if the order is placed by 3pm EST Monday through Friday. Items with longer lead times (e.g. custom printed products with artwork approval processing) are not eligible for same day shipping. Lead times will be noted on the product page.
Transit Times
- Shipping days and lead times include weekdays only. They do not include weekends, holidays or other published exceptions, which will be listed in the shopping cart during checkout if applicable.
- Transit times start the business day after the order ships. For example, an order confirmed to ship on Monday via 2 Day Air will arrive by end of business on Wednesday.
- Customers can track orders on our website here to see estimated arrival times. Tracking will be available approximately 48 - 72 hours after shipment.
- Many of our items have a published lead time before shipping, which is separate from the transit time. Lead times for Canadian deliveries are generally longer than US deliveries.
- Date of delivery is not guaranteed by Displays2Go unless a "day specific" service (expedited shipping) has been chosen. Standard ground estimated transit times are based on the carrier’s published transit times and are subject to change without notice.
- Refunds will not be given for delays on Ground shipments.
- Refunds will not be given for late deliveries due to Acts of God (weather-related, etc.) on Guaranteed, 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day shipments.
Freight carriers currently do not offer guaranteed or expedited delivery to Canada as LTL shipments can be delayed by customs.
How Are Shipping Charges Calculated?
Rates are calculated based upon discounted rates with contracted national carriers. We pass savings along to you.
If you choose to ship on your own account for either ground or freight orders, your shipping costs will likely be much higher than the costs charged by Displays2Go. We will not be held responsible for any damages or price differences if you choose to ship your order on your own carrier account.
Where Does Displays2Go Ship To?
We ship to all US states, most US territories & Canada. For deliveries outside of these regions, a freight forwarder and payment by wire transfer is required. We do not ship to post office boxes, APO’s or FPO’S.
What To Do in the Event of a Damaged Shipment
For truck/freight shipments:
- Please see the section on inspecting your truck/freight shipment for guidance.
For all other shipments:
- Please inspect all package contents for damage upon arrival.
- If damage is found, do not return damaged merchandise — report damage to our customer service team immediately.
- In the case of concealed damage that is discovered after delivery, save the damaged shipping box(es) and internal packaging, as we may ask you to hold the damaged shipment for up to 5 business days to allow the carrier to inspect the damage.
Freight Shipping Information
Some of our products are too large to ship by standard methods and must be shipped by freight. Freight shipments are also offered for certain combinations of products, larger quantities of products, and for large items that have typically experienced significant damage when shipped by standard methods.
Freight shipments generally ship on a pallet and are delivered by tractor trailer and/or box truck depending on the delivery method selected. We also offer options for locations that do not have a loading dock.

Customer Responsibilities
Truck Must Be Met at Delivery Location
It is the customer's responsibility to meet the truck at the delivery location. Failure to meet the truck will result in additional charges for re-delivery, storage or return shipment. Any charges we receive from a missed or failed delivery will be passed on to the customer at cost.
Doors and Pathways
Items that ship by truck/freight are generally large items. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Generally a width of at least 36” is required. Corners and stairwells may require larger widths for maneuvering.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges if the items ordered do not fit through doors or pathways. This includes initial and/or re-delivery charges, storage fees or return shipping.
Loading and Unloading
It is the customer's responsibility to supply pallet jacks and/or forklifts for the unloading of merchandise.
Inspecting Your Truck/Freight Shipment
Before signing the delivery receipt (or driver's tablet) and before the driver leaves:
- Check and inspect the package.
- Verify the correct number of packages and look for damages to packaging.
- Note the nature and extent of any shortage or damage on the paperwork you sign.
If damage has occurred:
- You may refuse delivery only when there is obvious damage to actual merchandise.
- Make a notation on your POD or delivery paperwork describing the exterior damage you see and ask the driver to initial your note.
- If possible take pictures of any damage to the crate or packaging materials.
- If the damage is not discovered until after the carton is opened, please contact us immediately for instructions.
- Save damaged boxes, internal packaging, and pallets.
- Immediately notify our customer service team that the order was refused.
What Qualifies as a Loading Dock?
A loading dock is required for standard commercial dock-to-dock delivery. This shipping option utilizes trucks without a lift gate that need to back up to an elevated loading dock. A loading dock is not the same as a receiving/loading area. An elevated commercial loading dock allows a shipping truck to back up and roll the pallet(s) with just a pallet jack.
If you do not have a qualifying loading dock, explore our lift gate delivery, special service, and premium service options.
What Qualifies as a Commercial Location?
Only non residential business locations qualify as commercial locations. For example, your home, church, or school are probably considered residential deliveries.
