The interior straps broke with the first shipment and the buckle on the exterior broke on the first shipment. This case is great if you are just storing or transporting yourself, but if you are shipping with a shipping company, it will not stand up. The design is flawed without clasps on the bottom to hold the two pieces together. Our shipment contained a floor banner, tablecloth and two small tabletop banners as well as about 10 lbs of printed material. The total weight was around 20 lbs. The straps are not strong enough to hold it together with pressure from the contents pushing against the bottom of the case. There needs to be a clasp to help withstand the pressure from contents. Luckily customer service was easy to deal with and a suitable resolution was reached. The ordering process was easy and we received our order efficiently and quickly. Its a shame the case wasn't able to meet our shipping needs.
