Display refills - can't just order CLEAR

Ordered display refills based on the size needed but didn't catch the fine print that they send you half clear and half opaque. I don't need opaque, so I thought it was me that had made a mistake in ordering. Call their customer service only to find out that they are fully aware they send both. So, I paid $14.00 for shipping for half an order I can't use and $9.00 for the other half of the order I can't use. I have already searched other options and have found I can buy the full sheets and use a paper cutter to make them the right size. Ridiculous that they can't correct this and what a waste of plastics.

For the clear ones the scoring was off for the punch out and not usable without heavily modifying the template. D2G sent a replacement.

What we needed and a bit of what we didn't

Needed to get more film sheet replacements. They don't sell just the clear or just the frosted so you have to buy both and end up not needing half of what you order.
