Customer Review for GCH5712BK

This 5x7 (vert format) card rack is just what I needed to complement a nearly identical 7x5 (horizontal format) card rack I've had for a decade. However, the shipping carton was terrible. The rack and center post arrived with the center post poking outside through a corner of the carton. Most of the card-nest wire-forms were bent out of shape. The base and pole cap were not in the box. I found out later that the metal parts shipped in one box, and the plastic parts (base and pole cap) shipped in another box ... from the same location on the opposite coast of North America, but arrived two days later. In the end, everything went together OK, but I had to take the time to reform the shipping-damaged wires to make it look as intended.
