Need help still

The stand is great, but I expected it to have a method of holding in the posters, and there is no acrylic. I went to a store and spent more for the acrylic than I did on the stand, got ripped off. I need acrylic for the other stand I bought, do you offer this as an option?

The product is fine. I ordered it thinking it was a complete product, but it doesn't come with anything to hold your poster in place. I had to order Coroplast Sign Boards once I took everything out of the box and realized I didn't read the description carefully enough?

We ordered 4 stands but one was defective. Problems happen. How they are resolved is the important and memorable part. Your CS team replied to our request for a return very quickly then shipped a replacement stand without adding the hassle of returning the defective product. Great for thicker poster board

We bought 1 to try out and really like it for our mall, we ordered 3 more! It works great with a poster in just the top too with the design it doesn't look out of place without the bottom sign. I really like the side entrance that way our thicker poster board can slide right in and out without having to bend it or damaging the corners trying to make it fit. I also like that it is in a solid piece instead of multiple sections on the top. All we had to do is put the adjustable feet on it and screw the base into the upright piece and we were done.
