Mine is stuck against the ceiling and will only beep three times at me when i try to let it down. It worked flawlessly for about a week and now I cannot figure out how to get it down, and if i can't get it down, i am not sure how i am going to get the TV off of it being that it is against the ceiling... Any input or help would be greatly appreciated.
