Tiffany: "I've been working here for almost 13 years now.  My first day I felt nervous as can be.  Before working here I was a florist for about 8 years through High School and while getting my design degree and so this was a whole new world to me.  I started June 5 of 2006.  I have always had a passion for design.

I think I do my best working with peers on different projects.  I feel like it elevates my work to the next level.  Most of my design work is independent but I collaborate on different projects, ask for feedback, that is what really fuels my creative work.  I find my co-workers to be more like family than fellow peers and co-workers and I think that makes it a lot easier to kind of be away from your family each day.

After working in the product marketing department for 11 plus years and then kind of stepping away from management, following what I was most passionate about which was graphic design, really continuing to push for that over the years, and having the support of management and my peers to really just step outside my comfort zone and follow that passion was huge for me.  

In my free time outside of here I have 2 boys that definitely keep me busy.  We love going outside and exploring.  They're really big into puzzles, dinosaurs, stuff that I love discovering with them, too.

Even though the company has been around for more than 40 years I think we've only really merely scratched the surface.  Really getting into more of the digital realm and really expanding our product base.  Really going after who our customers are.  Really actively listening to them is only going to lead to bigger and better things.
