Hi, I'm Max from Displays2Go. Today we're going to show you how to assemble our rotating displays. We're going to focus on constructing the counter top one for now and the construction will be the same for the freestanding as well. Let's get started. Step one, place the top wooden panel on top of one wooden pole and align the holes with the pre-drilled holes at one corner of the panel. One end of the pole labeled with top must face up. Insert two M6 screws through the holes on the panel and tighten them to connect the pole. Repeat the step to connect the remaining poles with the top panel. Note; the countersink side of the top panel must face up. The sides that have screw holes on each pole must face the outside. Step two, hold the poles and the top panel and carefully turn the assembled frame upside down. Attach the bottom wooden panel to the open end of the poles and secure it using eight M6 screws. Note, the countersink side of the bottom panel must face up. Keep the assembled frame in the current position until step four is finished. Step three, place the wooden base on the floor upside down. Rotate the base to align the through hole on the wooden base with one hole on the rotating plate. Insert one long M4 screw through the hole and let it rest on the rotating plate. Step four, lift the base up and place it onto the assembled frame. Align the inserted M4 screw on the round plate with one screw hole on the bottom panel and screw it into the bottom panel. Note, do not over tighten the screw. Doing so may break the rotating plate. Rotate the wooden base and align the remaining holes on the rotating plate with the corresponding screw holes. Insert one long M4 screw at a time and screw it into the hole without tightening. Step five, carefully place the assembled unit on its standing position. Assemble small shelves and large shelves onto the display body with the short M4 screws. Note, do not assemble the same sized acrylic shelves on adjacent sides of the display. We hope this video was helpful for your assembly. We'll see you next time from Displays2Go.
