In this video we cover the simple steps it takes to replace your LED bulb strip if your run into needing a replacement at your show. The LED lights are fixed to the aluminum frame making for easy assembly and breakdown.

So this right here is a piece of the light box frame that has the LED strips on the base. So there may be an instance where you need to replace your bulb strip. And I just wanted to walk you through that process. It's super simple.

So you're going to take your all incorporated tool, and you're going to remove these bolts, which I've already done here just for the sake of this tutorial. And when you remove it, you're going to have a little plastic washer, which might be difficult to see, that goes on the screw.

And then we have this rectangular metal washer. And this is going to fit in the channel so that the light strip securely stays in place. So first and foremost, what you want to do is you're going to want to make sure that you have this in the direction so the pieces are going to connect seamlessly.

You don't want to go through this whole process with it flipped the other way. I've done that before and trust me, you're going to want to avoid that. So you're going to stick the screw within the light strip.

You're going to add your metal washer, on and you're going to spin it just enough so a little bit of a thread is popping through like that. As you can see on each side, there's some wiggle room. And you're going to want to place them horizontally when you bring it down to the frame because you're going to want the washers to fit into this channel here.

So you'll know that the washers are in place if the strip sits firmly and flat to the surface, and what you want to do before you secure it is, you're just going to want to make sure it's the proper distance so that these can be comfortably connected together.

So again, you're going to want to take your same all incorporated tool you used to remove the screws. You're going to just go ahead and tighten them in place and do that again over here. And just like that, you have your new light strips securely fastened, and you should be good to go. I hope this video was helpful.
