Poor Construction Quality
By Mike Wolfe

The delivery was fast. The packaging was destroyed. The base had paint flaking off of it, not an issue here because it was to be hidden by furniture. The two tubes were welded to the base plate at an angle such that when the tubes were installed, they were 3" out of true at the top. This resulted in the base being 10 degrees skewed from the mount. Terrible appearance. This mount allows you to rotate the television from landscape to portrait. The position is supposed to be locked in place by a plastic pin similar to what you see on an ez-up tent. We mounted a Sony BRAVIA XR X90L 75" television to this mount (spec weight of 68 lbs). The pin would not lock into place, so the TV could rotate freely. The design of the rotation mount does not provide another option to lock it in place. Also, the plastic shims that guide the steel rotation circle into the mount were not glued to the mount appropriately and the circle kept being misguided into the mount.

Does not lock

Bought 2 of these stands and neither of them locked in landscape or portrait. We had to use rig the TV to the stand so it would not rotate. One of the bases was bent so we had to shimmy it. Not worth the time!

It's just ok

We've used multiple types of TV stands for our trade show display. As other reviews have said, this one is pretty heavy-duty except when it comes to holding the TV from rotating. The pin that is supposed to keep it from rotating doesn't work (it just makes it almost impossible to disassemble) so the TV always rotates a little. Like a picture frame hung by one nail on a wall. It's really annoying. It also needs to be packaged in a better way. The poles are so heavy and the box was so flimsy that one of 4 poles was missing when we got it. I talked to two separate people in customer service on the phone who assured me replacements would be overnighted to the venue. They weren't, and they're not open on weekends. So we did the show with only one pole holding the TV (luckily it was pretty light). They've now sent us new poles at a discount (great) and that box was ripped to shreds as well. Luckily all 4 poles are in the box this time. Sub-optimal.

False Advertising
By Cory M

When I originally purchased this stand it did NOT come with the warning that it will only hold a display in portrait mode if it is under 15lbs. I need this stand because it's so unique and is exactly the profile I need. However in-order to get the display to hang in portrait mode I have had to connect a bunch of chains and wires in order to 'lock' it into place. If this wasn't the only stand that fits my needs I would have returned it immediately. I'm still quite angry at them for selling this product originally without any warning posted, as it was incredibly misleading. PLEASE take the warning seriously... this stand is NOT meant to hold displays in landscape mode.

Don't buy from this company

While the stand is quite nice, if you pay by credit card this company will come back months after purchase and charge your card for more money. Be wary of companies that keep credit card numbers on file so they can put through unauthorized charges months after the fact hoping you won't notice and spend the time fighting it with your credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Heavy Duty Stand
By Keith Boone

First impression when you get this stand is this thing is HEAVY. So much so, both units I ordered the packaging was tore to shreds from sheer weight alone. It also comes in three packages per unit. This mass is good for my application because I am mounting 50" TV's in an elevated commercial setting and I don't want anything to accidently knock them over. The stands work as designed and I have had no issues with them. They rotate for portrait or landscape viewing. Overall they work well in my application and would recommend them over some of these light duty units.
